Ready, Set, Glow exclusively provides makeup and electrolysis services however a list of suggested vendors will be available in the coming weeks.

What can I expect from a bridal trial run?

Bridal trials are included in the Bridal Package and usually take place 4–6 weeks before the wedding. During the trial, we’ll discuss your makeup preferences, review inspiration, and apply a full bridal look. Trials take a bit longer than day-of services so we can test products, match shades, and make adjustments. Notes and photos are taken to ensure the look is perfectly recreated on your wedding day. A 50% deposit of the Bridal Package is due at the trial.

 

Do you travel?

Yes! While Ready, Set, Glow typically serves the greater Seattle area, out of state bookings are accepted as well. For local bookings, a mileage rate of $.90/mile roundtrip will be applied from Bothell to the service location.

 

Should I supply my own makeup for our session?

There is no need for clients to bring their own makeup, unless they are particular about using a specific product. Otherwise, my kit is fully stocked with high quality and sanitized products.

How should I prepare my skin prior to getting my makeup done?

It is best to arrive to your appointment with a freshly washed face free of any remnants of makeup. Skincare is provided before makeup application, but if the client prefers to apply their own skincare in advance, they are welcome to. 

 

How long does an average client take?  

Brides are typically scheduled for 60 minutes on the wedding day, but sometimes it may take less time. Attendants typically are scheduled for 30-40 minutes per service.​
